Each year California Chapter of NATP hosts a variety of educational events. We welcome businesses who wish to promote their product and services at these events – either as an Event Sponsor, Featured Exhibitor or as a Virtual Exhibitor. Each option terminates on December 31 of the calendar year in which paid. Descriptions of each program are below.
The California Chapter of NATP provides a Sponsorship Program for each event. Sponsoring an event will help the Chapter offset the costs of travel and lodging for our esteemed speakers. In addition to being provided all the benefits of a Featured Exhibitor, the Chapter will – at our cost – prominently display a banner with your name and logo inside the event room. As a special thank you, Event Sponsors will be permitted to make a 3 minute presentation to the assembly immediately after the lunch hour before the program resumes. If you are unable to attend the event in person, a Chapter Representative will make the presentation on your behalf; you are responsible for sending the verbiage to be presented to attendees. Recognition of Event Sponsors will be prominently displayed in the program and on the Chapter website event page at the top of the Exhibitor list.
The fee to become an Event Sponsor is $999 – per event sponsored
As a Featured Exhibitor, your business will be provided with a six-foot table at the event; there isn’t any designated “exhibitor time”, but during registration, breaks, and lunch the attendees will have time to visit your table. As a Featured Exhibitor, you will be recognized in the conference program and have your logo posted prominently on our website. If you would like to bring promotional items, flyers, postcards, or offer a “Show Special”, we will distribute them with our handouts to all attendees. We will give you an opportunity s to give a 30-second ‘commercial’ to attract people to your table. We utilize an Event Passport, encouraging attendees to visit your table, get a stamp, and turn in their completed Passport for a chance to win a special doorprize by the Chapter. We encourage you to hold your own opportunity for attendees to win a doorprize from your firm.
The fee to become a Featured Exhibitor is $249 – 1 Event; or $399 – Any 2 Events
If you do not find the Featured Exhibitor option fits into your business plan, we offer you the next best thing – become a Virtual Exhibitor. As a Virtual Exhibitor you will be recognized in the conference program. You may provide any promotional items, flyers, postcards, or offer a “show special” and we will distribute them on your behalf with our handouts to all attendees. We will present, on your behalf, a 15-second “commercial” announcement about your company between speakers.
The fee to become a Virtual Exhibitor is $99 – 1 Event; or $149 Any 2 Events
For an additional $50, a Virtual Exhibitor may Plus Up and will have their logo posted prominently on our website. This affords another opportunity to be seen by California tax professionals.
The fee to become a Virtual Exhibitor Plus is $149 – 1 Event; or $249 Any 2 Events
Sponsors, Featured Exibitors and Virtual Plus Exhibitors will have their logo displayed prominently on this website through the end of their promotional period (see opening paragraph above); you are responsible for sending us a digital copy of your logo to post.
Virtual and Virtual Plus Exhibitors will be contacted to make arrangements for promotional items to be sent to a Chapter representative for distribution; promotional items and your 15-second “commercial” announcement should be sent to the Chapter 30 days prior to the event.
