You will be contacted by our event Chair 6 weeks prior to the event with further instructions for the event(s).  For those of you who have selected to become a Virtual Vendor at our event(s), you should be ready to send the Chair:

  1. Your flyers, postcards or other materials

  2. Your 15-second “commercial” which we will present on your behalf
